We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain returns, and 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned.
Do you offer repair services for your boots?
While we do not have an in-house repair department, Frye boots are designed to be resoleable. We recommend taking your footwear to a professional cobbler to maintain the integrity of the Goodyear welt construction.
